In 2003, Brian Harris and Mory Wood founded Ameronix Corporation, which started out as an in-house IT group for First National Brokerage Corporation of Richmond, VA. Shortly thereafter, Harris hired a team of talented web designers and developers and the creative seed was planted. In the beginning, they focused on maintaining the database system and developing small web applications for FNBC’s agents, though there was much more on the horizon for this little start-up.
As the web industry began to grow, Harris and Wood decided to put their experience with programming to good use. Soon, the team had a vision for the company to enter the custom programming field and put a new face on the industry as a whole. And they didn’t waste any time doing it. Within months of enacting their new business plan, they had hit the ground running in establishing themselves by teaming up with local educational facilities to develop software for students and administrators alike.
Today, Ameronix employs a team of young, motivated employees with fresh ideas to change the face of Richmond web design and programming across the country. Although Ameronix is well established and respected among clients, the future of this company is brighter than ever.
